Nice and simple room, but super clean, with a great balcony facing the sea. Comfortable bed.
The staff was very friendly and informative, helped us with restaurant options and helped us to book a taxi to the airport on the early morning.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food.
Plenty books and magazines to enjoy at the lobby area for the cold and raining days.

I loved everything about the Beach Apartment! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was phenomenal! She had great recommendations for dining. I also accidentally booked the wrong date for leaving and she found us a new place within minutes.

Ostia is ok.
Ostia is ok. The beaches are mostly private and you have to pay , they stop you to go in. There are couple areas pubic. It’s close to Fiumicino so it’s convenient to take a taxi…25euro. It is a very nice area especially when the weather is sunny and hot. There are many nice places to eat and drink either by the seaside or elasewhere. It is very enjoyable to walk around the area and enjoy the excellent sea view.

If you come from the downtown area to catch a flight the...
If you come from the downtown area to catch a flight the next day, you need to know it is really very far away. We first took a bus and sat on it for a long time. The bus didn't stop at the hotel, so we walked almost one hour with our suitcases. If you take a taxi from downtown it would cost you a fortune! This hotel is too far away from downtown.

The reviews I read before booking this were a lie. This property in no way was a 10. The towels were thin and needed to be replaced. No paper towels of dish towels. We ran out of toilet paper only one roll was provided. The sheets need to be replaced very faded, old and thin. The chairs around the table sunk in, not comfortable at all. Our car got broken into 15 mins after arrival. Met owner out front for keys went back to the car. The window had been smashed on car and everything was stolen! Our suitcases and passports. We lost everything but the clothes on our back!!!! Not a safe area!

Nice garden out back. Lives up to expectations from previous visit in 2019. I will choose to stay in this town if only to return to this hotel again. Highly recommend. Well done !!

Bathroom was cleaned spotless every day. The bed was super comfy. A beautiful beach across the road. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Lido centro - suburban railway station maximum 10 min walk from the flat. Excellent communication with Rome center (about 40 min drive). Nearby grocery store. Beach on the other side of the street (private one), excellent public beach about 5 min walk. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to combine rest on the beach and sightseeing city centre of Rome.RobertPoland

They even provided a nice breakfast and coffee even if was not included in the advert. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, fully equipped, situated close to the beach and restaurants. The Lido Centro trains station is 10 min away and from there you get to the center of Rome in 30 min.

It’s a very convenient location to Fiumicino Airport, €50 cab ride for a 6 passenger van to the airport, likely cheaper for a smaller vehicle.
