The apartment opens with a QR-code downstairs and a separate code upstairs which works great, just make sure you have wifi at the airport and take a screenshot to be safe. It's clean, good a/c, is well equipped and located in a good place. Just a few steps from a shopping center and some good local restaurants. It's also very easy to take a taxi on the street in front of the apartment to go to San Telmo, Boca Juniors, El Caminito, Puerto Madero and other touristic places. Just make sure to bring cash (best to order from Western Union, atm only gives 30k pesos which is not a lot of value and charges nearly 30% fee) because paying with card is not greatly accepted.

Staff were extraordinary. They displayed excellent hospitality. I would definetely stay there again. Facilities, pool, location, all were great. Very safe area, well protected, there is 24/7 security and police presence in the premises.

Location was excellent. Safe upmarket area. Beds were comfortable, Double glazing cut out nearly all road noise and meant air conditioner spent more time off than on. Easy to get anywhere. Desk had a couple of people that spoke rudimentary English since we had to use a translator on google to communicate elsewhere. Lots of places to eat close by. We actually walked to local shopping centres (biggest mall in BA)

The price is very good for the quality of service in general. Everything is very clean, neat and tidy. Rafael is very helpful and provides high-quality care and assistance: he gives clear instructions, efficient and quick responses and additional advice. In addition, he has a willingness and predisposition to help in whatever is necessary.

The rooms are cozy and spacious! We liked the mattresses and pillows, which are absolutely comfortable. The apartments offer exceptional cleanliness, no single hair or stain was spotted. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.

It was a studio room with full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a short stay. It was super comfortable and in a great location. Wifi was also great. The building is a loft-studio converted to apartments, and the room we booked was HUGE! With different lights to fit any preference and mood, aircon, a super comfortable bed and a lovely terrace. Diego was a wonderful host, very friendly and full of suggestions for how to best enjoy the neighborhood and Buenos Aires. The location is also perfect as the neighborhood itself is really fun, and an easy bus ride to everywhere else you might want to go.
